In April of every year it is difficult to find accommodation in Nuwara Eliya, as sri lankans visit this region for Sinhala and Tamil new year holiday vacation. Any one visiting Nuwara Eliya can see several English style buildings; of which are post office, Grand Hotel, Queen’s Cottage, General’s House.
